This is my first pair of Birkenstock. I have tried supportive flip-flops to wear, but I still had foot pain at the end of the day. I was a hold out to Birkenstock since I thought they were way too suitable for me. After a particularly painful day, I went to buy a pair of Birkenstock at the Shoe Company. The salesman was very helpful and we tried several pairs of Birkenstock sandals. I knew I wanted something less voice than the other styles so we started with the this style. I have a high arch, low volume foot and we could not get a good fit with the single buckle attached to the main strap. Therefore, I went to the other Birkenstock sandals store, finally, I bought a pair which suit my feet.

I love the incredible firm arch support and the deep heel cup with wide toe box. My feet were so happy the first time I wore these Birkenstock. I was told to have a few days of break in and to flex the toes firmly as soon as I took them out of the box. These are the only shoes I have worn since they arrived a week ago. No blisters, just a little sensitivity at the toe grab bar since my feet aren’t used to that in my shoes. My PF pain has all but disappeared since I put on these Birkenstock sandals. Amazing! The Crushed Berry Patent is more versatile than I even hoped for. It varies from an indigo blue to a deep purple depending on my outfit and the light. I traditionally wear only black or brown shoes, but these are not too crazy for my relatively conservative tastes. How fashionable, comfortable does Birkenstock. I am really very satisfied with these shoes.

I got the Birkenstock in the dark brown last month from a famous Birkenstock outlet, in my regular size of 39, and I actually believe they are worth the money. I love these shoes. I had previously purchased my first pair of Birkenstock, this is really the soft sandal, and those took 3 weeks to break in because of the strap closest to the ankle. It hurt from the motion of walking with every step. My patience was rewarded, and those are now comfortable, but these shoes only took a week to feel like a part of my sole. It is not unusual for me to wear them 13 hours straight, and I prefer to keep them rather than barefoot around the house.

I also looked at my second Birkenstock at the local Birkenstock outlet, and the Mocha color didn’t look like simply dark brown. It had a greenish hue, very beautiful. That was really why I chose this color. However, I ordered these Birkenstock online, and they do not have that special hue. They are dark brown or chocolate. Those Birkenstocks are extremely comfortable, which has made me unconcerned with the color not being what I expected. My guess at this point is that the its style is the best Birkenstock made, and I only wish that I could wear them all around the year. My feet can not tolerate much heat, and I do think wearing this shoes is durable enough for walking in the rain or walking through puddles. This kind of sandals seem to be much better for stain resistance, and I do think that means the good waterproofing. So for me, the Birkenstock is a shoe for cold and dry weather, and I don’t wear socks with them. So go to Birkenstock outlet buy a pair.
